We build crypto and AI systems that stay correct under load.
Six years established, £1.5m+ delivered. For most clients we are the engineering team they do not have, from the first build through to keeping it running years later.
We build the whole system. You do not need a technical team to hire us.
Scoped, priced, built, and yours outright at the end. The work we take on is the hard end: real-time, high-throughput, correctness-critical. AI-assisted generalists have compressed the price of CRUD applications. They have not touched this.
Three lanes. One delivery team across all of them.
Crypto engineering
Trading platforms, real-time data and analytics, node infrastructure and protocol work. For funded exchanges and platforms running real volume.
AI systems engineering
Multi-agent systems, real-time pipelines, MCP infrastructure and cost engineering. For companies running AI in production, not experiments.
Business workflow automation
Quoting, invoicing, scheduling and enquiries, rebuilt as systems that run themselves. For businesses where manual work has become the bottleneck.
Crypto and AI, independently or combined.
The two specialisms are not separate businesses. The hardest systems we have built are both at once: a real-time market data pipeline with a model layer on top of it.
Our longest-running engagement combines years of historic trade data with live ingestion across multiple exchange accounts, then runs AI analysis over the result. Every calculation returns in one to two seconds no matter how much history sits behind it. Neither half of that is interesting on its own. Together they are the whole problem.
Six years independent, profitable throughout.
Delivered, sourced and priced independently.
Running Ryukin Ltd, profitable throughout.
Building production software, including at BNY Mellon.
Large-scale real-time systems on Kubernetes at a global custodian bank, under regulatory scrutiny.
Senior and principal engineers only. No junior leverage, and nobody learning on your budget.
A core team plus a vetted developer network, so £100k+ builds run on real timelines rather than one at a time.
We build in whatever the system actually requires. Technology is chosen to fit the problem and your environment, not our preferences.
You deal with the engineer building it, not an account manager.
Around 60 shorter engagements alongside the long-running builds. Crypto work is short-cycle by nature and most of it is not worth describing individually.
All client work is under NDA. Everything here is described by capability, never by client.
Fixed scope, fixed price, written down first.
Scoping call to establish what you need and whether we are the right fit.
Written scope. Fixed price, staged payments, changes quoted separately.
Build and deliver, with direct access to the engineer.
IP transfers to you on final payment.
The first conversation is free and takes about half an hour. You do not need a specification or any technical detail, just the problem. Most clients stay on a monthly retainer afterwards, and the longest engagements have run for years.
We work best with established businesses that have a real budget behind the work. If that is not where you are, we will tell you early rather than take the meeting anyway.
What happens once it is running.
Automated, not manual
Automated test coverage is standard rather than an extra line item. Systems that handle money or run unattended do not get verified by hand.
Written documentation
Documentation is delivered at handover, with a walkthrough if you want one. It exists so you are never locked in, not because you are expected to take over maintaining it.
Usually ours
If you already run monitoring we work with it. Most clients do not, so we hook external monitoring into the system and watch it ourselves.
We hold the pager
Most of our clients have no engineering team to wake at 3am. By default alerts come to us. If you do have a team and would rather hold it yourself, that is a retainer decision.
Agreed, not advertised
We do not publish a blanket response time. It would mean nothing across systems of different complexity. Response terms are agreed per retainer, in writing, like everything else.
We stay the team
For most clients we are the engineering function, not a supplier who leaves. Ongoing maintenance, iteration and new features, with the longest engagements running for years.
